It is known that the shoot of all the films are kept on hold due to coronavirus pandemic.Now almost after five months of a big break, Kannada big-budget film ‘KGF: Chapter 2’ started shoot today in Bengaluru.The action drama is being made with a limited crew as of now and Prashanth Neel is directing it on a big scale.
The latest update is that versatile actor Prakash Raj joined the sets of the movie today and he posted his pictures from the sets.“Start Camera.Action… BACK TO WORK.” posted Prakash Raj on his Twitter profile.In the pictures, we can see Prashant Neel explaining a scene to Prakash Raj.
The buzz is that Prakash Raj is playing the character of Anand Ingalagi played by Anant Nag in the first part.It said that Prakash Raj replaces Anant nag after the latter opted out due to creative differences.An official clarification on this replacement rumor is expected soon.
‘KGF 2’ features Kannada star Yash as Rocky, and the film is aiming for Sankranthi 2021 release.
The film also stars Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Dutt, and Srinidhi Shetty in key roles.The film is produced by Hombale Films and Sai Korrapati will be releasing this film in Telugu.
