Chitradurga, (Karnataka) Sep 2 : A local court here on Friday rounded the police in for transferring Lingayat seer Shivamurthy Murugha Sharanaru, accused of the rape of minor girls.to the hospital without consent.
The II Additional District and Sessions court in Chitradurga also demanded the jailer to bring the accused.In accordance with the court’s orders authorities are in the process of getting ready to bring the seer in front of the judge at the hospital.
Sharanaru is receiving treatment for heart issues in the ICU of Chitradurga District Hospital.The doctors informed they will he will be transferred to an Bengaluru hospital for further treatment.
In examining the police’s petition for five days the custody of the seer to conduct an investigations, the judge inquired why the accused wasn’t present to the judge.
