New Delhi, Aug 6 : A woman aged 22 employed at the spa in the capital city of India, was allegedly sedated and sexually assaulted by two men according to an official on Saturday informing that four individuals have been detained in connection to the.
The suspects were identified as Rahul the manager of the spa Satish Kumar, a customer; and the owners of the spa Brij Gopal and Sandeep.

For more information The the Deputy of Police (northwest) of Police (northwest) Usha Rangnani confirmed that the PCR phone call was made at the Maurya Enclave police station regarding sexual assault of one woman at the spa in Pitampura and, following the incident, police were immediately on the scene.

“At the time the victim, along with her husband were at the spa and had a complaint about sexual assault by the manager as well as another individual,” DCP Rangnani said.

In her complaint, she claimed that she was a member of the ‘Ocean Spa Centre on July 30 as well as on August 4,, around 6 p.m.A person came in and demanded sexual favors.

“The manager accused of the incident gave her a cold drink.

After drinking the drink, she felt dizzy and she and the manager raped her,” the official in charge said.

When the police learned of the incident the victim was taken to the hospital for an exam.

A counsellor from the Delhi Commission for Women was called.

In the event, the police filed an FIR under sections 354A (Sexual harassment and punishment for sexual harassment) and 354A (Causing injuries by the use of poison or poison, etc., with intent to commit an offense) as well as 376 D (gang rape) of the Indian Penal Code and then immediately detained Rahul as well as Satish Kumar.

The official claimed that the owners had an MCD license and “the concerned civic agency has been informed to remove the license and to seal the premises”.

The police later opened an investigation in accordance with section 181 of the IPC against Ocean Spa Centre for violation of guidelines.Following this, the proprietors, Brij Gopal and Sandeep were also detained.

“Further preventive measures under specific provisions of the law have been initiated against the accused,” the official added.

In the meantime, Delhi Commission for Women chairperson Swati Maliwal was also aware of the incident and stated that prostitution and sex rackets are openly operated in the capital city of India.
