TDP president Chandrababu Naidu has flagged off the YCP government for turning sarpanches who have won directly with the people into ceremonial idols.
He questioned who would be the CM to drain the sarpanches if the constitution gives equal powers to the Prime Minister and Chief Minister.
An awareness seminar for the TDP sarpanches who won the local elections was held on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at the party headquarters NTR Bhavan.The conference was inaugurated by Chandrababu Naidu.
He spoke on the occasion.There has been a lot of criticism of the YCP government.There have been strong comments that the YCP continues to rule beyond the terrorists.It has been criticized that anarchy has taken place in the recent local elections and that the election campaign has been stopped.
However, he said that he had fought and won the elections on behalf of the TDP.He declared that he was bound by the power of the Chief Minister not to violate the Constitution but to support the struggle of the Sarpanches for their rights.Country development is possible only with rural development.
