Patna 18 Aug : A warrant has been issued against Bihar’s law minister Kartikeya Singh on Wednesday appears to have created tensions between the JD-U and the RJD. On Wednesday on Wednesday, neither deputy Chief minister Tejashwi Yadav, or any other ministers from the RJD weren’t attending an event that was held in the Bihar Vidhan Parishad which was attended by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar along with other ministers of the JD-U.
Similar to that, in another instance, the Agriculture Minister of the state Sudhakar Singh as well as Disaster Management Minister Mohammed Shahnawaz Alam — both from the RJD quota — were absent in the meeting of assessment on drought conditions in Bihar.The meeting was presided over by the Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
Sources have stated sources have said Nitish Kumar isn’t happy with the ministers of RJD.
A portion of JD-U leadership are opposed to the appointment of Kartikeya Singh in the cabinet since he is close to the leader of ‘Bahubali’ Anant Singh.In the wake of the warrant controversy, their arguments were made stronger.The JD-U leadership is however trying not to speak about Kartikeya Singh.
