Chennai 2 Sep : Actress Ammu Abhirami, who impressed viewers with her stunning performance in the Dhanush-starring “Asuran,” will be seen in the lead role alongside with seven other actors in the psychological thriller ‘Pendulum’ which debuted on the streets in the past few days.The film is directed by Sathish Kumaran, the newest psychological fantasy thriller is directed by Thiraviyam Bala of Surya Indrajit Films.
Over the decades, Tamil cinema has witnessed psychological thrillers being created.However, ‘Pendulum’ is going to be different because it will have eight actors in the lead role.
The ‘Asuran’ duo of Ammu Abhirami and Komal Sharma will be the main protagonists.They will be portrayed together with Sripathy, Sree Kumar, T.S.K., Vijith, Ram Jr.MGR and Prem Kumar.
Apart from the eight people in the film who are playing the leading roles roles, actors Gajaraj and Chaams will also be in important characters in the movie.
It is the first time that eight actors will be in the lead roles in thriller films.
B.Sathish Kumaran, who was employed as a cameraman in Shankar’s film “I,” is making the camera.
The team plans to film the movie in new places in Chennai, Talakkonam, Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh, and Goa.
