S. Korean, US diplomats discuss N. Korea, end-of-war declaration

Seoul/Washington : , Seoul’s Vice Foreign Minister met with his counterpart in the United States to discuss ways of getting North Korea back into dialogue.This included the possibility for a formal declaration ending the Korean War between 1950 and 1953, Seoul’s foreign ministry reported Wednesday.
