Dhanush’s ‘Jagame Thandhiram’ Confirms Its Digital Release Date

Dhanush’s fans who are very thirsty currently, especially post the commercial success of his Karnan have been waiting to watch his gangster flick Jagame Thandhiram and have been awaiting its release as it has been in the brewing pot for a while now.Now the film and its team have finally decided to bypass a theatrical release which is a smart move considering the nation’s current tragic situation with the second wave of COVID-19.

Now the team has given an interesting update.

This action thriller film which is being directed by Karthik Subbaraj and bankrolled by S.Sashikanth under the banner of Y Not Studios, will now be streaming on the popular OTT platform Netflix directly.Y Not Studios have officially announced on their social media pages that it will start streaming on Netlix India from June 18th onwards.

This will be the first big budgeted Tamil film to go the OTT way after theatres shut operation due to the second wave.Jagame Thandhiram also has Joju George, Aishwarya Lekshmi, James Cosmo, Kalaiyarasan, Sanchana Natarajan, and many others in pivotal roles.

Santhosh Narayanan has composed the music and original score.Shreyaas Krishna is the director of photography while Vivek Harshan has handled the editing.

This Dhanush starrer is expected to releasing in five languages, including Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada.Keep watching this space for more updates!.
