Suhana Khan, the daughter of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, has made headlines for buying three row houses near Alibaug.The total area of these houses is 3,988 sq.ft., with the first house measuring 1,750 sq.ft., the second house measuring 420 sq.ft., and the third house measuring 1,771 sq.ft.Additionally, Suhana also acquired a small cabin of 48 sq.ft.The property is spread across 1.5 acres and features coconut trees, lush plantations, a well, tube well, and water tanks.
As per the reports, the sale was completed on June 1, with Suhana Khan paying a stamp duty of Rs 77.46 lakh.This new purchase adds to the Khan family’s existing property in Alibaug, where Shah Rukh Khan owns a luxurious estate called Deja Vu Farms.
On the professional front, Suhana recently became the brand ambassador for Maybelline.She garnered attention during her first press meet held in Mumbai in April.Additionally, she also attended the Netflix Tudum event in Brazil, where she promoted her debut film “The Archies.” Directed by Zoya Akhtar, the movie is set to be released directly on Netflix, although the official release date has not been announced yet.
