Power Star Pawan Kalyan’s comeback film ‘Vakeel Saab’ which is the official remake of the Bollywood National award-winning movie ‘Pink’ was released on April 9th and has gone on to become a huge success at the box office despite the second wave of coronavirus.The film has been a treat to all Pawan fans and not only fans, all the general moviegoers, critics, and especially women have loved the film. Unfortunately, the film’s theatrical run came to an abrupt end due to the rise in COVID-19 cases and the consequent downfall in theatrical revenues along with the shut down of theatres across the nation.Now the latest update is that the film will be available for streaming from April 30th on Amazon Prime Video platform.
It is going to premiere on the OTT platform exactly after 21 days of its theatrical release.The makers have also released a new trailer to confirm this news.
Earlier during a recent media interaction, the film’s producer Dil Raju had said that ‘Vakeel Saab’ will drop on the streaming platform only fifty days after its theatrical release.However, as the government imposed new restrictions in the face of surging coronavirus numbers, the makers decided to bring forward the digital premiere.‘Vakeel Saab’ will be the first Telugu biggie to premiere on Amazon Prime Video since the onset of Covid second wave.
Directed by Venu Sriram, the film is produced by Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor under Sri Venkateswara Creations and Bayview Projects banners.
The film also has Nivetha Thomas, Ananya, Anjali, Shruti Hassan, and Prakash Raj in important roles.S.Thaman has composed the music and background score of the film.On the work front, Pawan will next be seen in Krish’s ‘Hari Hara Veera Mallu’ and is also shooting for the Telugu remake of ‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ with Rana.
