Piramal Capital and Housing Finance Ltd (PCHFL), the wholly owned subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises Limited, will be organizing ‘Griha Utsav’, a first-of-its-kind property exhibition in Warangal, Telangana.Through this initiative, the company aims to provide affordable home loans to salaried and self-employed individuals.
The ‘Griha Utsav’ will be organized on July 16 and 17, 2022, from 10 AM – 08 PM at Ekanshila Hall, Haritha Kakatiya, Nakkalagutta, Hanamkonda, Warangal, Telangana 506004.The company will be offering home loans, with a waiver of 25bps and special login fee at flat INR 499 only.
