Jhajjar, Haryana, Nov 24, : , Consumer durable giant Panasonic unveiled Wednesday a new industrial IoT solution and smart factory solution in India for domestic manufacturers to digitize their production lines.Miraie profactory is a new-age solution that uses cloud, IoT and analytics to manage end-to–end operations.
This results in improved production efficiency, quality, identification of issues, and reduced downtime.
“Miraie profactory, which is our smart manufacturing factory solution for industry 4.0, digitises factories and gives a lot of real time insights of what’s happening at the factory,” Manish misra, Chief Technology Officer, Panasonic India Innovation Centre told IANS.
The platform was developed at the company’s India Innovation Centre and is compatible with various types of machines, models, and brands in the manufacturing sector.
“In our pilot projects we have seen an increase in productivity of manufacturing facilities by 8-15 percent.” Manish Sharma, CEO of Panasonic India, stated that Miraie Profactory platform is designed to empower enterprises in digital transformation.
Sharma said that the solution was developed in-house at our India Innovation Centre.It is competitively priced and includes Panasonic’s strong industrial knowledge and manufacturing expertise.
According to the company, the solution is available in four versions and can be customized from basic to advanced depending on the requirements with value-added features.
