Chaudhry stated that the government and the state are not fully equipped to handle extremism.

He also said they must “take a step back,” when dealing with Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan, the report states.

According to the Minister, there is no danger for America or Europe. But it’s “the greatest danger” from within.

Chaudhry complained that extremism was a threat that can isolate or destroy a country.

Unfortunately, Pakistan, according to the Geo News report, “was pushed towards” it by foreign policy motives.

He pointed out that the state’s power would be lessened in the event of civil war and that “groups will assume control”.

Chaudhry stated that in order to eradicate extremism the story surrounding it must be altered.

He stated that having an extreme point of view is not an issue.

People can hold different views and nobody could stop someone from thinking like this.

But, it is not permissible for such a person to attack the government.
