Chennai 26 August : Chennai Super Kings Cricket Ltd is the owner of the Chennai Super Kings Indian Premier League (IPL) team ended the last fiscal year with an income of Rs.32.12 crore, on revenues of 349.14 crore.349.14 crore.In FY21, the business has earned a total revenue of the sum of Rs 253.69 crore and net profit of the amount of 40.26 crore.
According to the annual report, the total earnings increased as the CSK took the IPL title, while the net profit fell due to the higher costs.
The IPL Season XIV that was played in India was pulled at mid-point in 2021 because of Covid spread.The tournament was moved to United Arab Emirates (UAE) which resulted in more costs, according to the company.
In the last fiscal year, Chennai Super Kings Cricket Ltd created an entirely-owned subsidiary Superking Ventures Private Ltd (SVPL).
