New Delhi, Aug 27 : BSE listed company A.K.Spintex has made modifications in “grammatical mistakes” in its earlier announcement about the death of the promoter of its business. “We regret to inform you of the sad loss of Smt.Saroj Devi Chhabra (Promoter of Company Holding) 4,41,000 (8.71 percent) equity shares.In addition, the letter of 25.08.2022 was sent with grammar errors.Therefore, this letter prevails in every respect of the previous letter dated 25.08.2022 that was sent with grammar errors.Please note the above mentioned details of the business for reference and for any additional information you may require”, A.K.Spintex stated in an email to BSE on Saturday.
The earlier notification on the 25th of August had resulted in the company being targeted for these “grammatical mistakes”.
The earlier notice stated: “We are pleased to announce that the promoter of the company Smt.Saroj Devi Chhabra, who held 4,41,000 shares (8.76 percent) is no longer in the present world.”
“You are requested to note the above-mentioned details of the firm for reference, and if you need to,” it added.
The earlier warning had resulted in trolling, which included the signatory being labelled overworked and others advised to use subtle language to conceal their motives.
