Telugu Desam Party Supremo Chandrababu Naidu received some good news regarding the Amaravati inner ring road case.The Andhra Pradesh High Court has postponed the hearing on his anticipatory bail plea until the 18th of this month.
This means that Naidu is safe from arrest until then.The court has also instructed the ACB (Anti-Corruption Bureau) not to proceed with any investigations related to this case until after the hearing.
Naidu’s legal team had presented an anticipatory bail plea in the AP High Court, and the hearing took place last Wednesday.After carefully considering both sides’ arguments, the High Court ruled in favor of granting Chandrababu Naidu anticipatory bail.
