The Note for Vote scandal has reached critical point of investigation.TRS nominated Telangana MLA Elvis Stephenson and his daughter Jessica gave their declaration today at Nampally Court.

They recorded their statements in front of magistrate.If sources are to be believed, He has made some validating statements in the case.

He has also told the court of other party leaders who were involved, their names and roles in the deal fixed with him.

The court recorded their statements under section 164 of CRPC and would send it in a sealed cover to the ACB special court on Thursday.The lone nominated MLA reportedly said that he has not played any mind games and no one has pressurized him to do so.

The nominated MLA said he acted in accordance with the values and ethics in the cash for votes scam.He did not succumb to the lure of Money offered by the TDP MLA Revanth Reddy to switch loyalties.

Other side All eyes are now on TDP MLA from Sattupalli Sandra Veeraiaih, who has already been served a notice by the Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau.

He is likely to appear before the ACB on Friday.Speculations are rife over whether he would be merely questioned or be arrested.

The TDP is clearly worried about the Cash for Vote scam.
