Mahesh Kumar Goud, TPCC’s working president, has confirmed that AICC leader Priyanka Gandhi-Vadra is set to address the eagerly anticipated Palamuru Praja Bheri public meeting in Kollapur on October 31.Following this, Rahul Gandhi is scheduled to visit the state in early November for the second leg of the party’s dynamic Vijayabheri bus yatra.
In a statement to the press, Goud shared, “Priyanka Gandhi will touch down at the Shamshabad airport and proceed to Kollapur on October 31.”
Regarding the bus yatra, he outlined, “AICC Telangana in-charge Manikrao Thakre, TPCC president A.Revanth Reddy, and esteemed party MPs Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and Uttam Kumar Reddy will actively participate in the bus yatra on October 26 and 27, covering two Assembly constituencies daily.”
The second phase of the Vijayabheri bus yatra is slated to commence on October 28, with a detailed schedule to be unveiled shortly.Goud went on to share that the central election committee will convene on Wednesday to finalize candidate selections.
He assured that the screening committee will carefully consider the Nizamabad Urban ticket selection.Additionally, he emphasized that the Congress is dedicated to safeguarding the interests of minority communities, who are keenly observing developments in Adilabad, Nizamabad, and Mahbubnagar.
