Moscow 29 August : Russian forces occupying the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant in Ukraine claim they had to destroy an unarmed drone that was sent by the Ukrainians.
It fell onto the safety cover of the reactor following it being shot down.
Russian media reports were quoted by the news agency dpa.
The explosives that were in the vehicle destroyed without any harm.An independent verification of the information is not possible.
According to Russian media the drone was in the process of attacking an area of storage for used fuel rods.
