Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy recently visited Anantapur, and Kadapa districts.Now, as per the reports, it seems Jagan is all set to visit the Polavaram project.
He will visit the Polavaram project area on July 14 (Wednesday).
In the wake of the CM’s visit, West Godavari District Collector Kartikeya Mishra reviewed all the works and arrangements.
On the occasion, Collector Kartikeya Mishra discussed the route map with district officials, police officials, officials of Irrigation and other concerned departments and toured the Polavaram zone.
On Saturday, a team led by the District Collector visited the Polavaram Project View Point and Polavaram sites along with public representatives and officials.
In the wake of CM YS Jagan’s visit, the Project Engineer-in-Chief conducted a review meeting with the District SP on the security arrangements near the Polavaram project.
Along with district collector Karthikeya Mishra, Polavaram legislator Tellam Balaraju, district SP Narayan Naik, JC K Venkata Ramana Reddy, irrigation officials, Polavaram project to CE Sudhakar Babu, SE Narasimha Murthy, Jangareddigudem RDO YV Prasanna Lakshmi, Megha Engineering GM Muddu Krishna, Manager Murali, local public representatives, district officials and others were present.
