Minister Harish Rao introduced the budget when the Telangana State Assembly convened on Monday morning, March 07, 2022.For the first time, it is a privilege to introduce a budget in advance without a speech by the governor.
Minister Harish Rao spoke on the occasion.The Assembly witnessed the central government affair being mocked.
He said the state government has come up with a number of schemes, all of which are reaching out to the people.The money for the schemes is being deposited in their respective accounts.
Repeatedly the CM KCR leadership, the people are showing support towards the government.We are supplying uninterrupted power and development is going on well,” he said.
He said discrimination was still going on by the Central Government.He said the Center had been negligent in not dividing the High Court for five years and had not yet implemented the guarantees specified in the Separation Act and that the Central Government is repeatedly commenting that the mother was killed and the child was saved.
He said that it was hurting the sentiments of of the people of Telangana.He said that if ITIR had been implemented, millions of people would have been employed.
It has been accused of delaying the allocation of funds to the districts and usurping the powers of the states.
