Karachi 23 August : Former President and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari declared on Tuesday that the state and other institutions must create a the writ of law, or else Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan will attack and degrade them, reports in the media stated.
In a discussion with PPP leaders and ministers in Karachi, Zardari, who returned to Pakistan following just a few days in Dubai was critical of former PM Khan for his stance on the Pakistan Army and judiciary, Express Tribune reported.

“This man is slamming our army on a daily basis but in reality , soldiers and officers of the same unit are risking their lives in the fight against terrorists in two provinces,” Zardari said.

“He threatened the police, the army and now a female magistrate” the former President lamented and added “He is now targeting the judiciary and threatened a female judge in Islamabad,” Express Tribune reported.

A few days ago, Khan was been booked in an terrorism case based that was brought on behalf of the Islamabad Saddar Magistrate Ali Javed for threatening additional sessions judge Zeba Chaudhry.

The next day The Islamabad High Court (IHC) granted Khan the protection of bail until August 25.

“He is urging anyone to arrest him.This is unacceptable,” Zardari said, as he demanded the judiciary to “see whether this person can be considered above the law”.

“All institutions must think about how they can create their lawful writ of law, lest the constitution, the law, and institutions fall to his determination to rule,” Zardari said.
