Cases of malignant corona virus epidemic in the country is steadily declining.In the last 24 hours, a total of 13,405 new corona cases were reported in the country.235 people died during the same period.The positivity rate in the country has dropped to 1.98 percent.The number of corona active cases in the country has come down to 1 lakh 81 thousand 75.
According to figures released by the Union Ministry of Health, the death toll from corona has risen to 5 lakh 12 thousand 344.So far 4 crore 21 lakh 58 thousand 510 people have recovered from corona infection.Corona Third Wave is reported to have almost subsided.

In the last 24 hours, only 360 new Covid-19 cases were reported in the national capital, Delhi.At the same time four died with the corona.
The vaccination program is progressing rapidly across the country.So far 176 crore anti-coronavirus vaccines have been given in the country.India’s COVID-19 tally had crossed the 20-lakh mark on August 7, 2020, 30 lakh on August 23, 40 lakh on September 5 and 50 lakh on September 16.It went past 60 lakh on September 28, 70 lakh on October 11, crossed 80 lakh on October 29, 90 lakh on November 20 and surpassed the one-crore mark on December 19.The country crossed the grim milestone of two crore on May 4 and three crore on June 23 last year.
