Abu Dhabi, November 18 : .The Abu Dhabi T10 League’s fifth season will begin with an exciting match between the defending champions, Northern Warriors, and Delhi Bulls, at Sheikh Zayed Stadium.
This clash is happening on Friday.From November 19 through December 4, the league will take place in Abu Dhabi in its shortest format.
It is being hosted by Emirates Cricket Board (ECB).
The Abu Dhabi T10 trophy will be up for grabs between six franchises: Bangla Tigers and Deccan Gladiators; Delhi Bulls; Chennai Braves; Northern Warriors; and Team Abu Dhabi.Every franchise packed its teams with the best cricketers during the Player Draft, which took place on October 7.
The Abu Dhabi T10 League has hosted some of the best players around the world over the past years.In the 2021 season, the league will be lit up by the explosive batsmen Chris Gayle and Yusuf Pathan as well as Andre Russell and Liam Livingstone.Also, the league will see the impactful bowlers Adil Rashid and Isuru Udana.
Many international players will be representing each side in the opening match at this tournament.Moeen Ali of England and Chris Jordan from Jordan will be representing the Warriors, while Dwayne Bravo (India) and Eoin Morgan represent Delhi.
On Day Two, Team Abu Dhabi faces the Bangla Tigers.Both teams are looking for the best start in their quest to win their first title.
The star-studded team of Team Abu Dhabi includes West Indies legend Chris Gayle, England’s superstar Liam Livingstone and Bangla Tigers have Shahid Afridi (patron), and Faf du Plessis (ex-captain South Africa).

There will be 35 matches over the fifteen days at Zayed Cricket Stadium.Each team will play each other twice, before the top four teams advance to the qualifiers.
A qualifier will be held between the first and second places in each group stage.The winner advances to the final.
By facing the third or fourth-placed sides in the eliminator, the losing team from the first qualifying round will be eligible for a second shot at the final.
The third- and fourth-place playoffs will begin on December 4, just before the final begins later in the day.
