Patna : , Nov 16, 2016 : .Tejashwi Yadav, the leader of opposition at Bihar Assembly, has asked Chief Minister Nitish to address 15 questions in advance of an evaluation meeting regarding liquor ban.If Nitish Kumar fails to do so, then the assessment meeting would be nothing but a “sham”, Tejashwi Yadav asserted.Tejashwi Yadav stated that if Nitish Kumar does not comply, the assessment meeting will be a “sham”.
While sharing the questions on his Facebook page, he sought the Chief Minister’s reply on the number of assessment meetings he has convened ever since the liquor ban was imposed on Bihar in April 2016.He posted the following questions to his Facebook page.
He also wanted to know the “positive outcomes” of the “thousands of meeting” held by Nitish Kumar in the last six years.He wanted to see the positive outcomes of all the meetings held over the past six years by Nitish Kumar.
“The Nitish Kumar regime has arrested lakhs of poor and Dalits under the Liquor Prohibition Act.According to the Liquor Prohibition Act, lakhs of Dalits and poor have been arrested by the Nitish Kumar regime.Majority of them have been implicated.The majority of them were implicated.
The actual liquor mafias are still beyond the government’s reach.It is still not possible to find out the identities of actual liquor mafias.
Can Nitish Kumar provide data of how many mafias, liquor operators, smugglers and police officials have been sent to jail?”.Nitish Kumar can provide information on how many police officers, mafia members, and liquor operators have been taken to prison.he asked.He asked.

The Chief Minister should also clarify on the termination of DSPs, SPs and SSPs rank officers under Liquor Prohibition Act, the leader of opposition said.According to the leader of the opposition, the Chief Minister must also provide clarifications on termination of DSPs, SSPs and SSPs rank officials under the Liquor Prohibition Act.
“Are they not responsible for liquor tragedies?.Are they responsible for alcohol tragedies?” Sadly, only chowkidars and SHO rank officers are suspended or terminated after hooch kills people.After hooch causes death, only SHO rank officers and chowkidars are allowed to be suspended.
“The Nitish Kumar government suspends SHO and below rank personnel every time a liquor tragedy occurs in the state.
Every time there is a liquor tragedy in the state, the Nitish Kumar government suspends below-ranking personnel and SHO.Eighty per cent police personnel rejoin the service after few weeks or months.After a few months or weeks, eighty percent of police officers rejoin the service.Are the lower grade cops just a scapegoat to save higher rank officials”.Is it possible that lower-ranking officers are used as a way to get rid of higher ranking officials?

Last but not the least, he said if any liquor mafia wins any election, the entire party leaders go to congratulate him.He also said that if any alcohol mafia wins an election, all party leaders will go out to congratulate them.He sought the Chief Minister’s clarification on it.He asked the Chief Minister for clarification.
Nitish Kumar’s assessment meeting will get underway in the afternoon.
