Speaking during Zero Hour, AIMIM floor leader Akbaruddin Owaisi called the attention of the government to delays in releasing scholarships for minorities that have stretched for a few years in some cases, and also to the pending applications seeking loans from the government for starting small businesses.

“Let the finance minister call a meeting to discuss the issue of scholarships for minorities, for giving loans to minorities. We welcome Dalit Bandhu, loans to BCs.But also give loans to Muslims,” Akbaruddin Owaisi said.

He then said: “This is election time.If Muslims do not get this, then you very well know what the consequences will be.Thank you very much.” The AIMIM MLA said that since 2018, some 1.5 lakh applications were submitted for loans by Muslims but none have been approved so far.

The Charminar Pedestrian Project has yet to see its completion even after twenty-three years, raising concerns over the delay and lack of budget allocation. The project, initiated in the year 2000, remains unfinished, leaving it in a state of limbo.

During the Question Hour, Akbaruddin Owaisi also brought to the government’s attention to Charminar Pedestrian Project issue, which has yet to see its completion even after twenty-three years, raising concerns over the delay and lack of budget allocation.

Owaisi questioned the allocation of funds for its completion.

The project’s responsibility has been assigned to the Quli Qutb Shah Urban Development Authority, but the lack of a clear budgetary plan raises doubts about its future.
