New Delhi, Sep 2 : Delhi on Friday reported 299 new Covid cases in the past 24 hours, as against 271 cases reported the day before and two more deaths in the last 24 hours, the Delhi health bulletin stated.In addition, the Covid positive percent of the city is 2.17 percent.The total number of active cases is 1,457 of which 996 are treated in isolation at home.
With 461 patients being treated in the past 24 hours the number of recuperations has risen to 19,72,256.Delhi’s total caseload stands at 20,00,187 and the death rate in the city has increased to 26,475.
The total number of Covid zone of containment is at 159.
The total of 13,772 new tests — 8,778 RTPCR and 4,994 Rapid Antigen was performed in the last 24 hours bringing the total to 3,9974,243.27,936 vaccines were administered — 1,662 doses as the first dose as well as 4,245 second doses and 22,029 precautionary doses.
The total amount of total beneficiaries who have been vaccinated as of now stands at 3,6594,221 in accordance with the health bulletin.
