Mumbai 2 September : The former One Direction member Louis Tomlinson has released his first single , titled “Bigger Than Me’.This is the first new single from Louis since the release of his million-selling debut album, ‘Walls’, in 2020. “Bigger Than Me The song was composed by Louis, Rob Harvey and Red Triangle, and produced by Mike Crossey, and is an emotional pop song with an emotionally charged chorus.
In his remarks about the day of the official release of the single Louis declared: “It was my first time of excitement while making this album, and when it felt like we were on the right track to create something that honors the live show.”
“Bigger Than Me” is from his forthcoming album ‘Faith In the Future The album is scheduled to be released on November 11 2022.
The background of the track, Louis further mentioned: “I’ve always aspired to be a normal humble and kind person in the world but there’s a limit to this and a responsibility that comes with having to be in this situation.I realized from performing these live showcases the significance of it to my supporters and the fact that all I do is greater than myself.”
He said: “It’s almost a coming of age for me and I’m putting my own opinions in the back of my mind and pondering what it could mean to others.
Alongside Crossey, Louis has collaborated on the forthcoming album with famous names like Rob Harvey, Dan Grech, Nico Rebscher, Joe Cross as well as Hurts frontman Theo Hutchcraft.
Louis is currently traveling around the world with his sold-out World Tour which has so already visited the UK, Europe, USA and South America.
The tour has included 19 sold-out arena performances in Latin America, a sold-out evening in London’s Wembley Arena and a highly emotional homecoming show at The Dome in Louis’s hometown of Doncaster.
