Terror groups recruited 117 terrorists in J&K by 2021

New Delhi, November 17, : , A total of 117 terrorists were recruited by terror groups in Jammu & Kashmir up to now in 2021 according to sources from the Central Reserve Police Force.
These terrorists were hired by the terror organisations active in J&K, they added.

They added that these terrorists had been hired by terror groups in J&K.

The officials in the force said that a total of 48 battalions of the CRPF have been deployed in Jammu and Kashmir so far.According to the officials of the force, 48 battalions from the CRPF had been deployed so far in Jammu-Kashmir.Out of that, 22 battalions have been deployed exclusively for Srinagar while 22 for the rest of Kashmir.

Of those, 22 battalions were deployed only for Srinagar and 22 others for the rest.

They also said that the process of deployment of additional five companies in Jammu and Kashmir is under process and that it will be completed soon within a few days.

The officials also stated that five additional companies are being deployed in Jammu-and Kashmir and will be done within the next few days.

In the Left Wing Extremism area, the officials said that three Maoists in Bijapur in Chhattisgarh were apprehended while one Maoist surrendered.

Officials from the Left Wing Extremism Area reported that 3 Maoists were arrested in Bijapur, Chhattisgarh and 1 Maoist was released.

The officials also said that the absconding CRPF Constable Avinash Kumar, who was caught by the Jharkhand Police for allegedly supplying weapons to the Maoists, has been suspended and a departmental enquiry has been initiated against him.Officials also stated that Avinash Kumar (the absconding CRPF constable) was suspended after he was arrested by Jharkhand Police on suspicion of supplying arms to the Maoists.A departmental inquiry has been opened against him.He was absconding for the last four months after he went on leave and did not report to duty.After being on leave for four months, he was seen absconding and didn’t report to work.Kumar was one among three people arrested by Jharkhand’s Anti-Terrorist Squad for allegedly supplying arms and ammunition to CPI (Maoist) cadre and other suspected criminals in the state on November 16.Jharkhand’s Anti-Terrorist Squad arrested Kumar for allegedly providing arms and ammunition to CPI(Maoist) cadres and other suspect criminals.

The officials also said that 150 personnel of Rapid Action Force (RAF) have been deployed at the Sabarimala Temple in Kerala for crowd management.Officials also stated that 150 members of the Rapid Action Force (RAF), were deployed to Sabarimala Temple, Kerala, for crowd management.

This will be an additional deployment of security personnel as one company is already deployed in the UT.As one security company has already been deployed to the UT, this will allow for an additional deployment.
