Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy’s brainchild Jagananna Suraksha Chakra has turned into a hassle-free grievance redressal service.It has resolving 19,08,804 complaints across districts in 4,978 camps.
The service launched on July 1 this year has helped lakhs of families by providing immediate solutions to their long-pending issues.The Chief Minister affirmed, “Our government wants to ensure that all citizens get quality government services.”
The government is offering 11 types of certificates through the Jagananna Suraksha Chakra programme, free of cost.These include integrated caste certificate, income certificate, birth certificate, death certificate, marriage certificate, mutations for transactions and corrections, family member certificate, mobile number updation in Aadhaar card, crop cultivator rights card (CCRC), new or split of old rice cards and new cards and household registration certificate.
For speedy resolution of issues, the government is organising camps in every Sachivalayam across the state.These are serving as platforms to distribute certificates and address various problems of the people.
When educational institutions restarted after summer holidays, students were helped with certificates for study purposes through the Jagananna Suraksha Chakr initiative.
Students P.Rajesh and J.Navin said that cast, income and residence certificates were needed during admissions and to apply for fee reimbursement.This scheme came in handy to them.They thanked the Chief Minister for conducting the outreach programme for one month and issuing the certificates free of cost.
