Mumbai 25th August : Actress Shalini Pandey has written an enchanting note via social media to mark the five-year anniversary of the Telugu blockbuster ‘Arjunreddy’.She declares that she has everything to do with the Vijay Deverakonda-starrer , and that August 25 is an important space in her life. “Arjun Reddy” was released in 2017.The romantic drama was written and produced by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.The film is a story of Arjun Reddy Deshmukh an alcoholic surgeon who is highly functioning and is plagued by anger issues.Arjun is in a downward spiral after the wedding of his wife Preethi Shetty.
Shalini played Vijay’s love-interest in this commercial smash which made her a household name immediately.
In celebration of its fifth anniversary, Shalini got nostalgic and revealed: “This date (August 25) is a significant date in my life.On this day my film debut Arjun Reddy was released, which was one of my most memorable experiences.The appreciation and love that I received for my character as Preethi was unprecedented , and I will forever be grateful for that.”
