Mumbai 14 Aug : Since it began streaming on Netflix, S.S.Rajamouli’s blockbuster “RRR” has gained an increasing international fan base.The most recent follower of Edgar Wright, the director of the zombie-comedy film “Shaun of the Dead’ who recently watched the film at the cinema and was extremely impressed with its size as well as its grandeur and the story it told.
He posted on Twitter and posted: “Finally saw @RRRMovie on the big screen at the BFI with an incredible crowd.What a great time.So entertaining.The only movie I’ve ever seen in which the intermission card received an applause of applause.” BFI is the British Film Institute.
The Vampire Diaries actor Joseph Morgan has showered praise on the ‘RRR’.He described it as an “absolute masterpiece”.Other notable names who have praised “RRR” are the director and writer Aaron Stewart Ahn Jon Spaihts (the writer of “Doctor Strange” and “Dune’) and screenwriter C.Robert Cargill.
Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ that stars Telugu stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR as the lead actors, tells an imaginary story that revolves around two freedom fighters: Alluri Sitarama Raju (essayed by Ram Charan), and Komaram Bheem (played by Jr NTR).
The movie, which premiered in theaters in March of this year, after being delayed due to the emergence of the third phase of the pandemic Covid-19 has so far earned 1111 crores in the world.
