Modi, indirectly slamming previous Congress governments, said that “There are only two models of development in the state.” The first is “Sabka Saath”, sabka vishiwas and sabkavikas.Another model is “Khud Ka Swarth, Parivaar Ka Swarth”.”The Himachal government has started work on the first model.”
