Bengaluru : , Nov 18, 2018 : .In an important development, the Anti-Corruption Bureau in Karnataka (ACB), has transferred the case against the bribe-givers (CBI), according to sources from the ACB. In this matter, complaints were filed with ACB against the retired Karnataka High Court B.S.judge.Indrakala und Enith Kumar M.C.are private individuals.

According to some reports, retired Judge Indrakala had paid Rs 8.27 Crore in bribes to Yuvaraj (a.k.a.Swamy was able to get a high-ranking position in the Union government.Enith Kumar M.C.is another accused.Enith Kumar M.C.was also accused of having paid Rs 30 lakh as a bribe in order to get the position of President, Central Silk Board Karnataka.
The High Court of Karnataka, referring earlier to Indrakala’s retired case, stated that “it was also very unfortunate that petitioner (Yuvaraj A.k.a Swamy), for securing Governor post has not only reduced the dignity of a Judge but also has affected Governor’s image,” complainedant Adarsh Iyer said.
These cases were transferred by the ACB to the CBI, citing lack of jurisdiction.
ACB lodged FIRs earlier against three individuals who were accused of giving bribes in order to secure prestigious government positions based on Janaadhikaara Sngharsha Parishath’s complaints.
Swamy was bribed by several people and the victims had filed police complaints asking for police action to recover the money.
Janaadhikaara Samgharsha parishath filed complaints to the police based on the allegations.They were accused of corruption and sought legal relief for the amount they had lost.This is called a bribe.
