New Delhi, Aug 15 : Addressing the nation for the ninth time from the historical ramparts of Red Fort on the anniversary of the 75th Independence Day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi called for moving India forward with five pledges to fulfill the dreams by 2047.
PM Modi stated that India should become a developed country in 25 years.

As we begin the Amrit Kaal, we must make a commitment to realize the hopes of the freedom fighters of India.

“We must be determined to work towards a “Viksit Bharat’ (Developed India) and eliminate any remnants of colonialism from every corner or in our hearts,” said the Prime Minister.

“In the next few years, we need to be focused on “Panchpran’ (5 promises).First, we must take the next step with more resolutions and the determination of developed India and to wipe away all evidence of servitude third: feel proud of our achievements and the strength of unity and lastly, the obligations of citizens that include the PM as well as CMs,” said PM Modi.

“Working towards the goal of a Viksit Bharat, do you remember the days before Independence.Yes there were different ways of working, but the aim was the same , and the aim was large – – the independence of India.

This Amrit Kaal, we need to join forces and work towards a bigger goal of an Viksit Bharat,” he said.

PM Modi encouraged the young people of the country from the fortifications of Red Forte to dedicate the next 25 years of their lives to the development of the country.

He declared that we must be working towards the growth of the entire human race.

“When the goals are huge the importance of hard work.

It must be influenced by the promise and the dedication of those who dreamed of an independent India,” PM added in his historic speech.

PM Modi stated that we have to make India first, and this will open the way for an unison India.
