Rebel Star Prabhas lined up numerous crazy projects and movie lovers are going gaga over them.Prabhas is presently busy wrapping up ‘Radhe Shyam’ and is currently shooting for ‘Adipurush’ and ‘Salaar’ simultaneously.
He also has a film with Nag Ashwin.Now we have an interesting update on ‘Adipurush’.The film is based on the epic Hindu mythology Ramayan and is being directed by ‘Tanhaji’ fame director Om Raut.Prabhas will be seen as lord Ram while Saif Ali Khan is going to be seen as the antagonist Lankesh in this gigantic film.
The makers are yet to reveal who the heroine of the film is and details about the other members of the cast.
The latest news is that the makers have approached the veteran Bollywood actress, Hema Malini, to play the role of Ram’s mother Kaushalya.
It is said that the senior actress has likely given a nod for the role and it is said that she might sign up for the film.The veteran actress was last seen as Balakrishna’s mother in ‘Gauthami Putra Satakarni’.
The film is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair.It is also being made in 3D and will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
The film celebrates the victory of good over evil and is expected to be released on 11th August 2022.Keep watching this space for more updates!
