The impact of the phone call was evident in Patna in Patna Congress state president Madan Mohan Jha and party legislator Ajit Sharma called a gathering of lawmakers in Sadakat Ashram to discuss the next direction of action.

The Janata Dal (United) and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) have already contacted their MLAs to visit Patna.

The RJD meeting of its legislators will take place on Tuesday, at 9 a.m.and the JD(U) will hold an assembly of its lawmakers at 11 a.m.on the same day.

There is speculation in Bihar in Bihar that Nitish Kumar could quit the NDA and join the Mahagathbandhan.

Nitish Kumar has already had two talks with RJD the leader Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday night and Saturday. After the meeting, he had a telephonic conversation with Sonia Gandhi as well.

Presently, there is a choice for BJP.

The BJP is running out of options for damage control.Sources say that the party’s top leadership would like to remain in the position until 2024, and while doing so, it is taking a shot at JD(U).The BJP state president in particular has frequently criticized the Nitish Kumar government in addition to other leaders.

The road show of Amit Shah and J.P.Nadda in Patna on July 31 could be the last nail in the tense political relationship between BJP and JD(U).

The BJP implemented the ‘Prawas’ program in 200 constituencies in the Assembly of Bihar and Bihar, which was interpreted as a threat to the JD(U).

The think tank of the party realized that the BJP is not adhering to alliance rules. Thus, Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh, the national president of JD(U) declared that the BJP could carry out its Prawas program in the 243 seats, and the JD(U) is also allowed to follow the same.

In the event of the creation of an entirely new government in Bihar, Nitish Kumar who is regarded to have a sharp political mind is unlikely to step down from the post of chief minister as he did in 2017 when he broke off the alliance with Mahagathbandhan and formed the government with BJP.At the time, Nitish Kumar knew that the Governor was appointed by BJP and was not going to enforce the President’s rule in Bihar.

The Governor is in the Raj Bhawan.Nitish Kumar, is the Governor who has the power to dismiss each minister of the BJP from his cabinet and also appoint MLAs of RJD, Congress and Left parties as ministers.

He has done the same in 2013 and he could repeat the same process in 2022.

In the event of the BJP exerting pressure on Governor Nitish Kumar to demonstrate that he has the majority in the House, he would prove it with the assistance of RJD, Congress and the Left parties.

Nitish Kumar has also been uncomfortable with the of record of BJP.The saffron party over the years has been weakening alliance partners such as its longest-standing allies Shiv Sena and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD).Nitish Kumar is likely to believe that If he remains with the BJP for too long, it could affect his party.Lalan Singh has already said that the BJP conspired against JD(U) in the 2020 Assembly election using the Chirag (Chirag Paswan) model.

In the end, JD(U) won 43 seats in the Bihar Assembly. In the year 2015, JD(U) held 69 seats.

Nitish Kumar could make use of corruption cases against BJP ministers as a method to leave the NDA.Ram Surat Rai, the revenue and land reform minister is facing charges of transfer-posting cases as well Tar Kishore Prasad the deputy CM is facing corruption allegations of assigning contracts of “Har Ghar Nal Jal to his family members.

Why do you think the BJP looking so helpless?

After the creation of the government of Nitish Kumar in Bihar, the BJP was in the position of the elder brother was stripped of the most important post, such as home ministry that dictates the rules in Bihar’s state. Therefore, it has begun criticism of the Nitish Kumar government despite remaining in the position of power.

But, it is not yet to determine if the BJP has taken this decision at the direction of the central leadership or whether the leaders in the ranks of Sanjay Jaiswal were focusing at Nitish Kumar by themselves.

In Bihar Bihar, the BJP has two deputy chief ministerstwo – Tar Kishore Prasad as well as Renu Devi, as well as the state president Sanjay Jaiswal.

However, they are under the direction of the Central leadership of BJP according to sources.

These leaders aren’t competent of performing the role of an intermediary between Nitish Kumar and the central leadership of BJP in contrast to Sushil Kumar Modi.

This is why Nitish Kumar and the BJP has twice summoned Dharmendra Pradhan Patna for damage control however the roadshow of Amit Shah and J.P.Nadda and Prawas program in 200 Assembly seats could force Nitish Kumar to take a tough decision.
