Jaipur 2 September : The Union minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat’s daughter Suhasini Shekhawat has set the record for the fastest trip across the remote highlands of the Ganga, Brahmaputra and Indus rivers in one trip.The following day, Suhasini, leading the team of “Indus Calling” expedition completed the longest rafting expedition along the Indus River.Indus.It began at Manesar near the border between China and Indo-China and ended near Kargil near the Indo-Pak border.
It appears that these highlands lack oxygen and are stuffed with dangersome rocks.
Union Minister Shekhawat took to Twitter and shared the news.
He stated that Suhasini’s hopes are different.”She is not scared of challenges and shows the confidence and ability of the girls of India.Her determination to persevere sometimes amazes me.Daughters grow up and follow their father’s journey with new goals.I can see myself in her,” he tweeted.
A post-graduate in Political Science, Suhasini Shekhawat has an Diploma in Advanced Leadership from Oxford.
In addition to performing well in athletics, she is also a skilled shooter.
In the year 2019, Suhasini was also a participant of the”Ganga Invitation Campaign,” which ran for 31 days.
She traveled the distance of 2500 kilometers between Devprayag in Uttarakhand up to Gangasagar in West Bengal through rafting.
She had taken part in the 917-km long Brahmaputra Invitational expedition in 2021.
She also went an arc of rafting on the river starting from Gelling, Arunachal Pradesh to Asmaralga in Assam.
