Hyderabad police have arrested an international cannabis gang.Madhapur police have arrested three cannabis dealers.265 kg of cannabis worth Rs 55 lakh was seized from the accused.Madhapur DCP Shilpavalli held a press meet to this effect and gave details about the case.
Madhapur mmts marijuana gang was nabbed yesterday evening.The suspects were arrested while moving marijuana in a truck tool box.It was found that the cannabis was being smuggled from Odisha via Meerut via Hyderabad.
The DCC said it planned to buy a kg of cannabis in Odisha for Rs 8,000 and sell it in Meerut for Rs 15,000.
The accused have been identified as Mohammad Iqbal, Shahrukh and Saleem.A truck bearing, 265 kg of marijuana, 2 cell phones and 3200 cash were seized from them.
