Mrunal Thakur, a Bollywood actor, recently shared a teary-eyed photo on her Instagram story and spoke about taking one day at a time.In a new interview, she opened up about her vulnerability and how she felt relieved after sharing her emotional post.
She emphasized that being vulnerable is okay and that there is a thin line between feeling low and seeking help.
Mrunal shared a photo of herself crying and wrote, “Yesterday was tough.But today I’m stronger, wiser, and happy! Everybody has pages in their stories they don’t read out loud but I’m choosing to read mine out loud.” She further said, “Taking one day at a time! It’s ok to be naive and vulnerable.”
In an interview, Mrunal said that after sharing her post, she felt relaxed.She encouraged people to be vulnerable and to own it.She added that in today’s world, social media portrays everything as pretty and aspirational, but there is a lot of hard work and problems that actors face.Therefore, it’s essential to normalize feeling vulnerable.
Mrunal will be seen in the crime-thriller Gumrah, directed by Vardhan Ketkar.In the film, a remake of the 2019 Tamil film Thadam, Mrunal will play the role of a cop.Gumraah also stars Aditya Roy Kapur in dual roles.The film is produced by T-Series Films and Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios and is set to release on April 7th.
Apart from Gumrah, Mrunal has several other projects in her kitty, including the drama Pooja Meri Jaan with Huma Qureshi, war drama Pippa, R Balki’s Lust Stories 2, and Telugu family drama Nani 30.
