Kiran Abbavaram, known for his hits like ‘Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru’ and ‘SR Kalyana Mandapam,’ is teaming up with Neha Sshetty from ‘DJ Tillu’ for a new comedy film called ‘Rules Ranjann.’ This movie is directed by Rathinam Krishna, the same director behind ‘Nee Manasu Naaku Telusu’ and ‘Oxygen.’ The movie will come out on September 28 and is made by Divyang Lavania and Murali Krishnaa Vemuri from Star Light Entertainment, with AM Rathnam presenting it.
