“We are making it in government hospitals as corporate hospitals,” Health Minister Harish Rao said.On Tuesday, he inaugurated Rs 12 crore worth equipment at NIMS hospitals in Hyderabad.
Speaking on the occasion, Harish Rao said that these devices are very useful for the medicine of the common people.He said that modern medicine on genetic defects and advanced equipment for early detection of bone defects have been set up in a government hospital for the first time.
There are 155 ICU beds available in NIMS.Authorities have ordered another 200 ICU beds to be made available within the next month.89 ventilators available… 120 new ventilators are being installed.He urged the HODs of the respective departments to provide better medical services to the people coming to government hospitals.
He said the government was ready to confront Covid.People Should take Covid precautions.
