Telangana Congress chief, Revanth Reddy, has made serious allegations against Telangana Chief Minister and BRS leader, K Chandrashekar Rao.According to Reddy, both the CM and his son, KT Rama Rao, have allegedly established a private operation aimed at intercepting mobile phone communications of journalists and politicians critical of the BRS.
Reddy stated, “They are closely monitoring and controlling information flows. Our devices have been compromised,” further asserting that this surveillance extends to intimidation tactics. He added, “They are using their surveillance capabilities to contact our supporters and issue threats, warning against any support for the Congress.”
Furthermore, Reddy claimed that the BRS government has assembled a group of retired government officials, including D Praneeh Rao, Narsingh Rao, and Venugopal Rao, for the purpose of phone tapping. He alleged, “D Praneeh Rao received recognition for his efforts in enhancing phone tapping technology.”
Addressing journalists on Monday, Reddy expressed disappointment, asserting, “KCR misled you by promising health cards and housing.”
Despite these challenges, the Congress leader remains optimistic, believing that, regardless of the tactics employed by the BRS government, the people of Telangana will ultimately determine the outcome of the election. He confidently stated, “No matter how hard KCR, KTR, and Harish Rao try, the people of Telangana will decide the fate of BRS in this election.”
