Los Angeles, December 30, : , Hollywood star Dwayne John has declined Vin Diesel’s offer to join the Action franchise in his role as a ‘Fast & Furious series’ actor.Diesel requested Johnson’s participation for the upcoming 10th major entry.Diesel sent Johnson an Instagram invitation in November asking him to play the role of Lucas Hobbs, a secret agent, and asked Johnson to do the same for his next installment.Variety.com reports.
Diesel said, “The world waits for the conclusion of ‘Fast 10″.”
He said, “As my children refer to me as Uncle Dwayne in our house,” They and you send each other well wishes on every holiday.But it is now.Your legacy awaits.Years ago, I promised Pablo that I would fulfill this promise.We would achieve and realize the highest Fast possible in the final that is 10, I swear!”
Johnson replied to Diesel’s request in a CNN interview.
He also criticised Diesel for inviting him on social media, even though they had reached an informal agreement.
I told Diesel directly that I wouldn’t be returning to the franchise.
Johnson clarified that Johnson was firm but cordial in his words.Johnson stated that he would continue to support the cast and root for success, but there was no way he would be returning.
Vin’s most recent post in public was an example his manipulation.It was a shame that his post included Paul Walker’s funeral and also showed him raising his children.They should be left out.”We had a long conversation about it and reached a mutual understanding.”
Johnson expressed his gratitude to the ‘Fast & Furious family’ ahead of their next and ostensibly final outing.
Johnson stated, “My ultimate goal was to finish my incredible journey with this amazing franchise with gratitude”
He said, “It is unfortunate that the public dialog has muddied them.However, I remain confident in the Fast’ universe’s ability to deliver consistently for its audience.”I wish all my crew and former stars the very best for the future.”
Johnson was a part of the ‘Fast & Furious franchise along with 2011’s Fast Five.
His Agent Hobbs initially appears to be an antagonist of Diesel’s Dominic Toretto.
However, Johnson later becomes one of his physics-defying heroes.
Johnson quit the mainline series after his 2017 appearance on ‘The Fate of the Furious.’ He teamed up with Jason Statham for a spinoff called 2019’s Fast & Furious Presents – Hobbs & Shaw.
