As the number of corona cases is increasing across the country, the Telangana government is strictly enforcing the lockdown to curb the spread of the coronavirus in the state.Recently, the Telangana state govt has issued a GO stating that it is excluding petrol banks from the lockdown.

However, it is known that the Telangana Chief Minister KCR has decided to extend the lockdown in the state till May 30.He announced this after speaking and considering the views of the concerned ministers and authorities.

The decision to extend the lockdown until May 30 was taken after considering the views of all cabinet ministers.The CM directed the Chief Secretary of Telangana, Somesh Kumar, to release GO regarding this.

Chief Minister KCR has announced that the Cabinet meeting scheduled to be held on the 20th of this month will be canceled as the ministers are busy at the field level in the districts as part of monitoring corona curbing programs and medical services.The CM of Telangana directed the DGP to take steps to ensure that all exemptions are fully complied abiding by the covid rules.
