Bengaluru, Nov 27, : , A girl from Delhi accused an IAS officer serving Karnataka with cheating her under the pretense of marriage.She posted the matter on her social media accounts, and marked them as state leaders as well as central leaders.The victim claimed that Snehal Lokhande (an IAS officer who was performing his duties as Commissioner for Kalaburagi City Corporation) had cheated her.
“Snehal Lokhande betrayed me.I met the DC madam Kalaburagi and told everything to her, but no one helped me, simply because it was against an IAS officer,” claimed the victim.
She also claimed that the IAS officer had spent time with her at a hotel.She claimed they became friends via Facebook.The girl stated that the accused had traveled to New Delhi and spent three nights with her.
The victim has written a complaint to Prime Minister NarendraModi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bhommai, as well as state ministers Murugesh Nirani (K.Sudhakar).
Lokhande denied all allegations and filed a complaint at CEN police station against the girl for threatening his parents and maligning his reputation.Lokhande claimed he did not know her and complained about the managements of social media platforms.
Kalaburagi Commissioner for Police Y.S.Ravikumar stated there is no written complaint from the woman.

Ravikumar said that the incident took place in New Delhi, and no complaint has been filed there.
