Jagan government is planning to hold AP Assembly meetings. The Assembly meetings will be held on the 21st and 22nd of this month.
The number of sessions to be held will be discussed and decided at the BAC meeting. An official statement from the government is yet to be released.
However, the government hopes to hold the assembly meetings on a single day.
The AP Budget Ordinance was drafted for a period of three months. The three-month budget will range from Rs 80,000 crore to Rs 90,000 crore. The funds will be used for the salaries of government employees and the implementation of Navratna schemes.
For the second consecutive year, the budget was formulated in the form of an ordinance.
The session is expected to take place in the third week or by the end of this month.
But due to the elections, rising corona cases, and a by-election to the Tirupati Lok Sabha, the government brought an ordinance. Also, in the previous year, the Jagan government had brought a budget ordinance as the corona is booming in the country as well as in the state.
This year the same thing is repeating again due to the second wave of the corona.
