New Delhi, November 20 : .Varun Gandhi (BJP MP) wrote a letter Saturday to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in which he requested a law regarding Minimum Support Price (MSP), for farmers, and an impartial investigation into Lakhimpur Kheri’s violence.
Varun Gandhi, while applauding the announcement by the Prime Minister of the removal of three controversial farm laws demanded an immediate decision on other matters so the farmers can end their strike and go home.

He demanded Rs.1 crore in ex-gratia to the families of those who lost their farmlands during the demonstration.

He also requested the withdrawal of all cases against farmers protesting.

He stated that if the decision to repeal farm laws had been made earlier, it would have saved many lives.

He demanded a fair and free investigation into the violence in Lakhimpur that killed nine people and harsh action against AjayMishra, Union Minister.

The protest that took place on October 3 was allegedly led by Ashish Mishra, Ajay Mishra.

Pilibhit MP of BJP has embarrassed the party with his completely different views on various issues, including farmers protests and Lakhimpur Kheri violence.
