Islamabad 22 August : A large contingent of police agencies including police commandos, Rangers, and constabulary were positioned around the Banigala residence of former Pakistan Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan and all the roads and pathways that lead to it were sealed to prevent any untoward incidents.

Sources involved in sketching out the strategy of the operation said to The News.

“Negotiations with Imran Khan are underway, and the PTI leader is seeking to avoid being arrested or detention in his home,” sources claimed they added authorities are working on a variety of strategies to deal with the issue with the assistance of the law enforcement agencies.
