Mumbai August 31, : “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Ha’ actress Pankhuri Awasthi Rode recalls her first Ganpati celebration following her wedding with “Nach Baliye fame Gautam Rode.She states: “I got the first glimpse of Ganeshotsav at my husband’s Gautam Rode’s house .I was a devotee of Bappa with his family members there.After I got married with Gautam I began taking bappa to my home.This festival is of its own significance, when bappa is invited to your home and you are able to serve him throughout the day and night.”
The actress who is currently featured in “Gud Se Meetha Ishq” has enjoyed the celebrations for the several years.It is difficult for her to say goodbye to Ganpati.
Pankhuri writes: “In Maharashtra, Ganeshotsav is celebrated with an entirely different level of enthusiasm.When Bappa visits our home, there is an additional connection with him.Our eyes are filled with tears as we say goodbye.”
“This is the 13th year of Bappa’s visit to Gautam’s home and we are extremely excited about the kind of idol we would like and how we would like all of the details have been taken into consideration of and the entire preparation for the coming of Bappa are being carried out with great pomp and we are satisfied.”
